In 1994, after discovering we had a large group of teenagers from area schools involved in our summer productions, RCCT organized a teen theatre group to introduce them to all aspects of theatre. They voted themselvest Jr. Actors Guild (JAG). It creates an educational opportunity for Western Oklahoma teenagers, which many do not have available in their school systems. Each member will learn basic theatre skills and work in age-appropriate groups to gain experience valuable on-stage and back-stage responsibilities. In 2007, we opened the ages from 5 to 18 and incorporated a fall and spring semester, allowing each student to participate in one or both semesters.
